Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks. Your primary focus will be on performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment. This role requires expertise in handling electrical/electronic system components, AC & DC motors, and high-speed packaging machines. You will be working with injection molding presses and punch presses.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical troubleshooting and repair of equipment up to 480 volts.Install, troubleshoot, modify, calibrate, and adjust electrical/electronic system components.Maintain and repair low/medium AC & DC motors.Perform mechanical troubleshooting on all production equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gear boxes.70% of the position involves mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, while 30% involves electrical/PLC troubleshooting and repair.Handle high-speed packaging machinery.Utilize provided tools efficiently.Essential Skills2 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and using a multi-meter.Mechanical troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and the ability to identify issues.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with injection molding.Familiarity with mechanical and electrical schematics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role operates on a shift of 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with a 2ON 2OFF/3ON 3OFF schedule and opportunities for overtime. The facility is climate-controlled, maintaining a temperature of 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment with consistently moving products on the packaging lines.

The pay range for this position is $74630.40 - $78790.40
