Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

Perform routine maintenance on equipment in the shop, including working on forklifts, presses, air compressors, spray equipment, welding machines, CNC machines, and overhead garage doors. Responsibilities include cylinder greasings for presses, laser tip changes, filter changes on paint systems, machines, and buildings if needed. Complete routine greasings, parts swaps, cleanouts, fluid changes, and coolant changes. Troubleshoot equipment over the phone with OEM or vendor reps to get machines back up and running quickly. Perform all work safely and fabricate parts for machinery if needed for emergency repairs. Use overhead cranes when needed to move equipment.

Work Environment

Work with a team of about 40 people across both shifts. The standard hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to work on equipment on Fridays if needed for maintenance. Overtime is available on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
