We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. **Position Highlights** **Daytime hours with holidays, evenings and weekend on-call rotation (within 30 minute response time)** **Job Duties:** **Performs a variety of necessary tasks to maintain safe secure environment for the physical plant, buildings, grounds, equipment, and staff.** **Position Requirements:** **Minimum one year each of technical school and experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or mechanical preferred. The ability to obtain a Boilers Operators License through the State of Minnesota and advance to a minimum of a License Classification of a 1st Class Grade C. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.** **The starting hourly pay for this position is $23.01 per hour.
