Maintenance Technician

Schedule:
+ Friday - Monday
+ 6:00pm - 4:00am (subject to change based on business need)
Position Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, reassembly, and calibration
+ Administer a wide variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to lay out, install, overhaul and maintain various types of machines encompassing mechanical and electrical systems
+ Clean and lubricate equipment and machinery and adjust and examine parts for defects in the warehouse
+ Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, handle boiler blow downs, and record readings of critical operating parameters as the technician
+ Records repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and orders or requisitions new parts and materials
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
