Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose machine malfunctions, inspect machinery, and make necessary repairs to ensure continuous production. You will work with blueprints, catalogs, and data charts to maintain and repair company machinery. This role involves disassembling and rebuilding machines, selecting replacement parts, and performing machinist's work related to the installation or relocation of machine tools.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems.Inspect machinery and observe operations to detect the cause of malfunctions.Make repairs and adjustments to keep machinery in production.Repair and maintain company machinery as directed according to blueprints, catalogs, and data charts.Disassemble and rebuild machines; overhaul troublesome components and attachments.Dismantle, inspect, machine, and/or replace purchased parts.Select replacement parts from parts lists and catalogs.Lay out repair parts; set up and operate machine tools to machine parts.Improvise tooling as necessary.Perform machinist's work related to the installation of new machine tools or the relocation of existing machines.Work as part of a project team to complete assignments.Perform routine housekeeping activities in the work area.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience as a maintenance technician.Knowledge of electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting skills.Mechanical aptitude.Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on manual machines.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00
They provide high-deductible health insurance plans offered to employees and their family members. They pay 70% of the health plan premium during an employee’s first benefit year of employment. Each additional year of employment, RER will contribute an additional 1% towards the employee’s portion of the health insurance plan premium up to 100%. If an employee declines insurance, they will be paid an incentive per paycheck
