Maintenance Technician

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for making ready and turning over units, performing routine maintenance tasks, and conducting apartment renovations and demolitions. You will also handle preventative maintenance and perform emergency on-call services for after-hours maintenance-related projects.
