**Maintenance Technician** **Pay: $23.00 - $25.00** **Location: Tonawanda, NY** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC. You will be responsible for making ready/turnover units, apartment renovation and demolition, as well as preventative maintenance.
