Job Description
The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties including HVAC/mechanical maintenance, light carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical work. The candidate will also handle conference room setups, assist with A/V equipment setup, replace lighting and ballasts, move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested. Additionally, the candidate will perform general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and repairing doors.

Work Environment
You will work in an 8-floor building consisting of conference space, offices, and a kitchen area. There are labs on 2 floors, but you are not expected to perform maintenance in them.
