We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks on our facilities, ensuring that our equipment and systems are functioning at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, with experience in residential painting, electrical work and basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

\n\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
\nConduct inspections and repairs on buildings, structures, and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
\nUse logic controllers and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
\nEnsure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and reducing costs.
\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
\nPerform residential painting tasks, including preparation, application, and cleanup.
\nCollaborate with other departments, including operations and management, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.\n\n

\n Requirements

Skills

\n\nStrong mechanical knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
\nExperience with residential painting.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
\nExperience with facilities maintenance and upkeep.\n\n

Qualifications

\n\nProficiency in electrical work including experience with programmable logic controllers
\nStrong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
\nExperience in residential painting and construction painting
\nKnowledge of facilities maintenance and HVAC systems
\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
\nValid driver's license and ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently\n\n

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
