**Maintenance Technician** **Job Responsibilities:** + Disassemble machines and remove parts for repair using a variety of tools. + Reassemble machines after completing repair or maintenance work. + Participate in all building maintenance needs and functions as assigned. + Start machines and observe mechanical operations to determine efficiency and detect problems. + Inspect or test damaged machine parts, mark defective areas, or advise supervisors of repair needs. + Lubricate machines, machine parts, or other equipment according to specified procedures. + Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments according to production specifications. + Record repairs and machine maintenance information in eMaintenance. + Read work orders and follow written instructions to determine machine and/or equipment requiring repair or maintenance. + Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. + Troubleshoot machinery using critical thinking theories and the process of elimination. + Perform other tasks or duties as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5 years of progressively responsible manufacturing maintenance experience with an emphasis on high-volume metal fabrication (e.g. forming, cutting, welding) and assembly. + PLC programming knowledge preferred. + Ability and willingness to train other maintenance technicians. + Experience with power and hand tools a plus. + Good work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. + Must be timely/prompt for all shifts. **Why Work Here?** Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays 401 (k) **Shift** The role involves working five days a week with 8-10 hour shifts, primarily from Monday to Thursday, with the potential for Friday half-days. 6 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of extending to 4:30 pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
