**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. Duties include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. + Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of machines. + Support an optimized production environment by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. + Maintain and perform repairs to the facility. + Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. + One or more years of demonstrated experience in relevant applications. + Ability to read electrical schematics. + Vocational maintenance training certificate preferred. + Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems. + Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications. + Ability to multi-task and identify/executive process improvements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull, and use hands and fingers for extended periods. + Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly. + Ability to stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel as needed. + Frequent walking required. **Why Work Here?** Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k).
