**Maintenance Technician** Cedar Park, TX Weekly Pay up to $33/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cedar Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining batch plant equipment, conveyor systems, and machinery with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble, install, test, and maintain conveyor systems, hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps, concrete mixers, and various other equipment using hand tools and power tools. + Diagnose malfunctioning hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. + Inspect equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. + Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. + Use basic tools such as multi-meters, pipe benders, hand tools, etc. + Understand and exercise the required safety precautions necessary to complete the job. + Complete the assigned task in a timely and professional manner. + Comply with OSHA safety and health rules. + Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V on industrial and diesel equipment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical experience (diesel experience is a plus) + Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic powered equipment + 1-2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting + Strong hydraulics and pneumatics experience + Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, conveyor, and hydraulic systems + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Technical capacity **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Candidates must have their own tools + Trade school certification strongly preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values safety, professionalism, and a collaborative work environment. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors in a concrete manufacturing plant environment, which is not climate controlled.
