Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The role involves mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, laser printers, and ink jet systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance on the facility, as well as occasional facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and assembling and rearranging furniture.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, laser printers, and ink jet systems.Conduct electrical troubleshooting including PLC troubleshooting, low voltage circuits, and 480V 3-phase systems.Engage in machine shop activities, including working with manual mills and lathes and some involvement with CNCs.Participate in preventative maintenance on the facility.Handle facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and assembling and rearranging furniture as needed.Contribute to special projects as required.Essential Skills5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.Experience with robotics and automation.Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.Preventive maintenance skills.Facilities maintenance experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of experience within automation or working on robots.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00
