Job Title: Industrial Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct routine inspections and maintenance on industrial equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. You must be able to work independently and with the team following written and verbal instructions, and should be comfortable working at heights on ladders or scissor lifts. Electrical experience working on packaging equipment is required.

ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections and maintenance on industrial equipment.Disassemble, assemble, repair, construct, overhaul, maintain, and install all types of processing and packaging equipment, and conveying, hydraulic and air systems.Monitor and maintain smooth plant operation, including production and packaging processes, support systems, and facilities.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.Respond to calls for service to any line in a timely manner.Independently troubleshoot equipment that is in need of repair or operating at a substandard level.Make repairs and adjustments to ensure minimal downtime.Complete required and appropriate paperwork.Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.Essential SkillsAbility to work with little or no supervision.Ability to work independently and with a team.Comfortable working at heights on ladders or scissor lifts.Electrical experience working on packaging equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Basic knowledge of machinery repair and maintenance.Ability to learn welding, electrical controls, and Programmable Logic Controller.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
