What will you do?
We are actively seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our Rhome facility. This role is crucial for conducting repairs on all operational and building equipment, ensuring the seamless functioning of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) : Follow proper LOTO procedures to ensure equipment is safely de-energized before maintenance.
+ Maintenance : Perform routine and reactive maintenance on equipment (filling equipment, hoses, pumps, etc.) to ensure safe operation and reliability.
+ Quality Control : Ensure equipment is functioning correctly, perform tests to verify systems are leak-tight and weigh accurately, and maintain aesthetic standards.
+ Logs : Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and open requests.
+ Installation & Repair : Install, repair, and maintain equipment, including new systems, and oversee contractor work.
+ Hazardous Materials : Safely handle gases and cylinders by interpreting labels and color codes.
+ Safety Leadership : Promote a safety culture, aiming for zero injuries, emissions, and leaks.
+ Housekeeping & Lean : Maintain a clean work environment, supporting 5S and lean initiatives.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Forklift, overhead crane, and clamp operation experience or ability to become certified within 60 days
+ Skilled in using hand tools with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enabling efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Functional computer skills
+ EPA 608 Universal Certificate or must be able to obtain within 6 months (not required for RTC in BG)
Physical Demand Requirements:
+ Frequently pushes, pulls, moves, and lifts up to 50 pounds independently
+ Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
+ Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50-75% of the day
+ Constantly works in environments with uncontrolled climate and some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
