**Job Title: ALL SHIFTS - Maintenance Technician - UP TO $40/HR!!** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding machines. This role requires a strong experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform a 50/50 split of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. + Work with 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, and 24vdc and AC systems. + Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines. + Perform minimal welding and fabrication tasks. + Troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment using radio communication. + Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and inventory tasks using computer software. + Occasionally change and program robot end of arm tools. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + GED or high school diploma. + 2+ years of experience with 480v systems. + 2+ years of experience with 3 phase systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience troubleshooting injection molding presses. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + MIG or stick welding and fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC troubleshooting experience. + Auto mechanic or diesel mechanic experience. + 1+ years of industrial maintenance or preventative maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with work booked out until 2027, offering job stability and long-term employment prospects.
