Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality stainless steel food processing machinery. You will work with equipment used by numerous companies including Little Caesars, Costco, and Pizza Hut. Your tasks will include repairing and replacing gearboxes, motors, belts, sensors, transmitters, and performing mechanical and preventative maintenance. You will also need to understand schematics and hydraulics, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and have knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V.

Work Environment
This is a GMP environment requiring proper attire, including hair nets, beard nets, no jewelry, and steel-toed shoes. The facility is clean, with equipment primarily brought in during 2022. The work environment varies in temperature, with some areas being hot and others cold or climate-controlled. You will work in moderate temperatures but must be comfortable with hot conditions. Shifts are on a bi-weekly rotating schedule with 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm, 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 12:00am, and 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 8:00am, offering a 4-day weekend every other week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69992.00 - $79040.00
- Direct Hire
- Starting Pay: $33.66, after 6 months it's an automatic raise to $35.66
- Shift premium - $2.00 dollar an hour on 2nd and 3rd shift
- Every year there is a COLA in April – 2.8-4%
