Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with grounds patrol, trash/debris pick up, and general maintenance during the work week. Working with the Facilities team and property managers, this position also performs a variety of basic tasks and assists with routine repairs and maintenance of the properties. You may also assist with moving furniture and materials.

Work Environment
The physical demands of this job include prolonged periods of physical activity such as bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, lifting, climbing, shoveling, reaching, and working from ladders, lifts, or vehicles/heavy equipment. You will frequently be required to lift 30-pound roll-up garage doors and may lift up to 75 pounds at times. The role involves operating machinery, equipment, and tools, and frequent communication with customers and co-workers. The work environment is both indoors and outdoors, under various weather conditions including sun, rain, snow, and wind. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with an on-call rotation once a month.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00
