Currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time temporary to permanent or permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
-Inspect and identify problems and issues with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting and mechanical equipment
-Repair or replace parts to resolve the problems
-Train the production workers on routine maintenance tasks for machinery
-Prioritize and respond to maintenance request orders
-Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
-Work with 3rd party vendors for repairs or equipment installations as needed
-Complete minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and groundskeeping tasks
-Manage and organize supply levels
-Follow all work safety regulations and policies
-Maintain all paperwork and records
-Utilize various hand and power tools to complete tasks
-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Maintenance Technician:
-Minimum 5 years plant maintenance experience
-Previous knowledge of machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Able to bend, lift, climb, and move throughout shift
-Great attention to detail
-Mechanically inclined

Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $60, 000/year
