You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment to complete the mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment within the facility. Job duties may include but are not limited too:

Install, align and test new production machinery and equipment prior to operationRepair and replace mechanical components including gearboxes, pumps, motors and conveyorsTroubleshoot PLC's and repair electrical systems up to 480VAC 3-phaseTroubleshoot and replace hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, rams, fittings, and other components.Repair robots including sensors, photo eyes, relays and moreRepair overhead cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment

Hours: 1st shift ; 5:30AM to 2:00PM ; Monday - Friday

Requirements:

Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480VAC highly preferred2+ years of relevant maintenance experience OR Associates degree in relevant field requiredExperience troubleshooting PLC's preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
