Job Description

Responsible for providing support and repairs to the various machinery found in the production areas and the equipment that is found within the building and systems.

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance on all machinery during shiftResponsible for troubleshooting all plant maintenance issues during shift, as requestedProvides timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenanceEnsures that adequate repair parts are stockedUses MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventoryMakes recommendations for equipment improvementsAssists with set-ups, start-ups, and qualificationsStrives for continuous improvement of equipmentServes as an example for housekeeping and safety standardsEnsures that daily PMs are performed and recordedResponsible for entering all Work Order Requests into automated tracking systemResponsible for accurate recordkeeping and reporting of Work Order Request informationEssential SkillsExperience in industrial maintenanceMaintenanceElectricalHydraulicsPneumaticsTroubleshootingPLC troubleshootingTimely repairs, upkeep, preventive maintenanceTroubleshoot and correct machine issuesPLC controlAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in using MRO systemAbility to make recommendations for equipment improvementsExperience with set-ups, start-ups, and qualificationsCommitment to continuous improvement of equipmentStrong housekeeping and safety standardsAccurate recordkeeping and reporting skillsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $66560.00
