**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our equipment operating safely, efficiently, and on time to meet production demands. You will serve as the technical expert on all machines within our production facility, perform work orders, and carry out preventive maintenance as assigned. Your role will involve making recommendations for PM adjustments, assisting in the development of training protocols for new employees, and responding to emergency calls to make immediate repairs. You will follow lockout/tagout procedures, conduct routine inspections, maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop, and manage parts inventory in the CMMS program. The environment can be very hot due to ovens running 24/7, and there is a strong smell of baked goods. The work schedule is Sunday through Friday with hours from 1 pm to 10 pm or 9 pm to 5 am. Overtime on weekends will be required as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escondido, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
