Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you will: + Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance to uphold the facility’s appearance and safety standards. + Conduct regular facility and grounds inspections to ensure safety compliance. + Troubleshoot and report unusual conditions or malfunctions in heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure. + Execute basic repairs, including sheetrock, flooring, and lighting. + Collaborate with staff and residents, maintaining respectful and dignified interactions. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need: + Basic construction, repair, and maintenance experience. + Previous experience in an Assisted Living Facility (a plus but not required). + A proactive attitude and the ability to work respectfully with residents.
