**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in **Lexington, NC.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate **up to $32/hr** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career! **Job Scope:** + Complete PMS and repairs + Regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues and document system and equipment performance + Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform substantial equipment repairs + Perform preventative maintenance + Diagnosis of malfunctioning apparatus and/or systems such as; HVAC equipment, fire life safety systems, plumbing, and electrical systems + Replace damaged or broken wires and cables + Dock equipment, overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and seals + Rebuilding pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical, pneumatic, solenoid devices + Paint walls, fix leaks, repair or replace sinks, piping, valves, or drains, etc. + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements:** + High School Diploma + Minimum 4 years of experience + Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
