**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities** + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance + Mechanical and electrical mindset + Perform daily preventative equipment maintenance + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues + Initiate equipment repairs and perform detailed machine maintenance + Provide day-to-day coverage of production equipment, responding to breakdowns and production requests quickly to minimize downtime + Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance performed + Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently **Shifts: Days/Nights - 12 Hours (223)** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00 All benefits eligible first day of the month following 60 calendar days: - Medical (cigna), dental, vision - 401K - Wellness program - Flexible spending account - Life/Disability insurance - Employee referral program ($1000 referral bonus) - Set schedule for 2023 in advance We have a few bonuses for our employees also: Retention - $1500 (paid out at $500 at 90 days, 180 days, and 270 days.)
