**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of plant production equipment, including high-speed assembly, printing, packaging equipment, and auxiliary equipment. Experience with injection molding is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing complex hydraulic and pneumatic problems, familiar with PLC and I/O logic troubleshooting, and capable of using schematics and testing equipment efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on plant production equipment, including high-speed assembly, printing, packaging, and auxiliary equipment.
+ Troubleshoot hydraulic components such as servo valves, accumulators, pilot-operated directional valves, and hydraulic circuits.
+ Systematically diagnose complex hydraulic and pneumatic problems using schematics and testing equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLC, I/O logic, and AC/DC drives.
+ Assist maintenance leadership in ensuring that PMs, CMs, and TPMs are executed efficiently, effectively, and on schedule by auditing and optimizing processes.
+ Assist in prioritizing planned maintenance and projects.
+ Develop SOPs and checklists for PMs, CMs, and TPMs to ensure best practices in maintaining plant production and facilities equipment.
+ Enter all machine information into the CMMS work order system and track and analyze machine histories to make data-driven improvements.
+ Respond to trouble calls and act as the first responder in facility emergencies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Familiarity with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems of injection molding, extrusion, and high-speed assembly equipment.
+ Ability to read basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, prints, and service manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor in all forms of communication.
+ Willingness to share knowledge and skills with other personnel.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong planning and organizational skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
+ Teamwork and collaboration skills.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryville, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
