**1st Shift Maintenance Technician** + _Grand Rapids, MI_ + _Pay $20-30/hour_ + _Family owned company_ **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all shop equipment. You will work with blueprints, mechanical gears, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (480V and 3 phase) on CNC and screw machine equipment. This role requires the ability to tear down machinery, rebuild it when necessary, and install new equipment. + Perform preventative maintenance on all shop equipment. + Troubleshoot mechanical gears, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (480V and 3 phase). + Conduct maintenance and repairs on CNC and screw machine equipment. + Tear down machinery and rebuild it as needed. + Install new equipment as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience with electrical systems. + Proficiency in machine repair and mechanical troubleshooting. + Knowledge of hydraulics and preventive maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Experience in industrial maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical qualifications. + Experience in machine repair and industrial maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-oriented group of companies where the benefits are excellent.
