Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. This role involves mechanical and electrical repairs, breaking down machinery for cleaning, and starting up machinery. The position requires working within a CMMS system for preventive maintenance and work orders, primarily serving Starbucks as the end customer. This is a night shift position that includes 50% setup and teardown of equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This position is for the night shift with a 6pm-6am schedule, following a 2/2/3 pattern. Employees work Monday and Tuesday, have Wednesday and Thursday off, and work Friday through Sunday, then the schedule flips the following week. Flexibility within reason is available with the maintenance team. The facility provides gowns and steel-toed boots, and tools will be provided, though employees may bring their own basic tools if preferred. Training will be on the given shift after 1-2 days on daylight, with orientation starting at 8am or 9am for a couple of hours. The role offers a $0.50 shift differential, subject to confirmation.
