In this role, you will contribute to creating a safe and efficient work environment while supporting various machine and facility projects. Bring your skills in maintenance, passion for problem-solving, and attention to detail to this dynamic role.Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all cutting, spreading, and sewing equipment. Maintain and repair other production machinery, such as RF welders and heat fusing presses. Log maintenance and repair services in the company’s online Maintenance Log. Keep work areas and spare parts storage neat and orderly. Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve operational efficiency and participate in machine/facility projects. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2 years of machine/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred. Hobbies or a passion involving cars or fixing things preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and functional computer skills.  Benefits and Perks: Up to $30.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid holidays Training and career growth opportunitiesYour New Organization: Join a company committed to safety and innovation within a temperature-regulated manufacturing environment.
