**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing machine repairs on various types of CNC machines, including Swiss, mill, and 5-axis machines. The technician will receive maintenance orders from the director of operations and may also perform minor facility maintenance tasks, such as fixing trim on cabinets. The role requires the ability to handle both industrial and light facility maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform machine repairs on various CNC machines, including Swiss, mill, and 5-axis machines. + Receive and prioritize maintenance orders from the director of operations. + Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Perform preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. + Handle minor facility maintenance tasks, such as fixing trim on cabinets. + Use blueprints and PLC troubleshooting for machine diagnostics. + Conduct welding and electrical troubleshooting as needed. + Maintain and repair conveyer systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine repair, preferably with CNC machines. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Electrical skills, typically working with 110v systems. + Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge. + Preventive maintenance experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + PLC troubleshooting skills. + Welding skills. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + HVAC experience. + Experience with industrial equipment. + Knowledge of conveyer systems. **Why Work Here?** This company offers a well-maintained, clean, and well-lit facility.
