**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all machines and equipment in the plant following the recommended specifications designed by the machine manufacturer. **Responsibilities** + Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules of maintenance for all equipment inside the facility. + Communicate directly with manufacturer technicians when equipment fails. + Diagnose problems and efficiently work on breakdowns quickly to limit equipment and operator downtime. + Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. + Maintain a clean and orderly work site. + Comply with safety rules and procedures established by the company. + Comply with PCI Security standards established by the company. + Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate maintenance supervisor. + Assist security personnel in any job-specific capacity as needed. + Strict adherence to process, regulations, safety mandates, and work scheduling. + Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.'s) without deviation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical, pneumatics, and electrical systems. + Preventive maintenance and schematic reading skills. + Minimum 3 years of experience in production maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. + PLC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting skills. + CNC programming knowledge. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read electrical schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or higher education required. + Previous mechanical abilities are highly preferred but not required. + Ability to effectively communicate with peers and management. + Ability to follow maintenance schedules as provided by various machine manufacturers and specifications. + Ability to write clearly and concisely on all forms and documents. + Previous experience with electrical and mechanical components. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values and promotes professional growth and development.
