Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment systems on site. This includes performing preventive maintenance (PM) and unscheduled maintenance orders for legacy equipment systems on the fluid handling lines, as well as maintaining their condition-based maintenance (CBM) systems. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, documenting fixtures, and other necessary notes during work orders. Additionally, the candidate will assemble and modify tooling, fixtures, and other equipment systems on site using electrical and pneumatic schematics. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment systems. + Maintain condition-based maintenance systems. + Troubleshoot and document equipment issues and fixtures during work orders. + Assemble and modify tooling, fixtures, and other equipment systems on site. + Use electrical and pneumatic schematics to understand and maintain legacy OMS equipment. + Support other work orders and collaborate as a team player when needed. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience with manufacturing/industrial equipment systems. + 2+ years of experience in electrical repairs and troubleshooting. + 2 years of experience using electrical and pneumatic schematics. + 2+ years of experience in mechanical repairs on systems and motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in bio pharma, medical device, or food industries. + Proficiency in inputting basic information into Excel sheets. **Why Work Here?** Our company is growing and has been chosen as the site for new product development, offering significant growth opportunities for the engineering and maintenance teams.
