Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, cutting machines, and assist other machine operators as needed. **Responsibilities** + Conduct regular maintenance and preventive maintenance on conveyors and CNC equipment. + Perform maintenance on cutting machines. + Assist other machine operators as needed. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Work with 3-phase and 480v motors. + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Experience with 3-phase and heavy industrial control panels. + Knowledge of 480v motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in preventive maintenance. + Strong repair skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits including a 401K matching program. You will be part of a team of 300 in production and warehouse. Steel toe shoes are required. Training will be provided on the first shift before moving to the second shift after a few weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00 We offer great benefits, including a 401K matching program and the opportunity to work 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
