**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift maintenance technician to join our plant that supports the plastic industry by manufacturing custom color concentrates. This role involves working on extruders, compounders, mixers, heat mixers, coolers, and palletizers. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on extruders, compounders, mixers, heat mixers, coolers, and palletizers. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems. + Maintain 3 phase electrical systems. + Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. **Essential Skills** + Industrial Maintenance Experience + Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting Experience + 3 Phase Electrical Experience + Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics **Why Work Here?** The company pays the employee's entire health insurance premium once direct.
