**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have skills in industrial maintenance, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. **Responsibilities** + Read blueprints, machine drawings, and electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics schematics + Troubleshoot programmable controllers + Troubleshoot equipment with CNC pneumatics and hydraulic controls + Install wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls + Adjust and calibrate machines + Remove, replace, and/or repair machinery + Complete work orders from the maintenance system in a timely manner + Complete parts requisitions in the maintenance system with correct part numbers and vendors + Ensure all safety and lockout/tagout procedures are followed + Initiate and participate in process improvements and be part of the implementation group + Initiate self-directed activities + Manage parts inventory + Provide schedules for preventative maintenance on equipment and adhere to published standards **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical troubleshooting + Pneumatics troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance + Schematic interpretation + PLC troubleshooting + Hydraulics troubleshooting + Welding + 3-phase electrical systems + Forklift operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills + Self-direction and initiative + Technical support skills + Ability to work well in teams + Follow all safety and environmental regulations + Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) + 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including pneumatics and hydraulics (preferred) + Electrical license or 5 years of industrial electrical experience (preferred) **Why Work Here?** We offer full benefits with a 401K plan, an $85 boot allowance, evaluation raises, and production incentives.
