The Maintenance Technician will safely provide support to the Monroe team by: + Being a leader in safety. + Ensuring spare parts are identified and available. + Grow the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program. + Serves as a technical expert for Maintenance Technicians and Operations. + Proactively identify work to be performed in order to minimize downtime. + Proactively identify opportunities to improve equipment performance. + Prepare jobs to be performed during schedule and unscheduled down time. + Works hands on with the team to execute jobs. + Ensure work is executed with a high level of quality and workmanship. Preferred Qualifications: + Mechanical and Electrical maintenance experience. + Excellent knowledge of LOTOTO . + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Able to read and understand Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic drawings.
