Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of manufacturing machinery. This includes analyzing and maintaining systems and equipment in the plant, completing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and machinery continue to run smoothly. This work could involve motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines. Technicians are also tasked with referencing and interpreting diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, or manufacturer's instructions.

Work Environment

State-of-the-art facility that is a leader in the baking industry with a large manufacturing and production facility. The plant is temperature controlled. The shift is from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule (M, T, off, off, F, S, Su; off, off, W, TH, off, off, off).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00
