Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for installing, aligning, dismantling, and moving stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems, repair equipment breakdowns, and perform preventative maintenance on various machines. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems.Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, including repairing, rebuilding, and replacing parts as necessary.Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use for completing jobs.Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on various types of machines and determine necessary maintenance.Track and document PM reports and downtime.Conduct general facility maintenance tasks.Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and forklifts to position machinery and parts during installation, setup, and repair.Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or setup of machinery.Essential SkillsTroubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems.Track and document PM reports and downtime.Proficient in reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.Experience with operating hoisting and lifting devices.Ability to operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders.Knowledge of the National Electrical Code.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 to 4 years’ experience working as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment or similar job.In-depth knowledge of CNC Lathe and Milling machinery is an asset.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school and technical college education a plus.Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.Why Work Here?

Work in a temperature-controlled environment with three separate buildings: the Machining Building, Assembly Building, and Warehouse.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $72000.00
