Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for two Maintenance Technicians for our plant in Ossian, Indiana. Our facility specializes in manufacturing gas tanks for major automotive brands such as Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Chrysler. The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance on various machinery, including blow molding machines and Fanuc robotics.

ResponsibilitiesSetup, maintain, and changeover blow molding machines as required and assigned.Setup, maintain, and changeover downline assembly operations as required and assigned.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (low and high voltage) equipment with the goal of minimizing machine downtime.Document required parameters for all process equipment (blow molding and/or downline).Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Perform facilities maintenance as required.Essential Skills3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Electrical troubleshooting experience, including 480v, 3-Phase, Electrical Circuits, Electrical Cabinets.Mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.Own tooling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is temperature-controlled and very clean. The available shifts are 3pm - 11pm (Monday - Friday) with a shift premium for 2nd shift at $1.50. Training will occur on 1st shift for about 2-3 weeks, from 7am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays). Overtime is rare, with a maximum of 45 hours per week.
