Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician Description** Provide equipment availability through technical expertise, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to achieve manufacturing production targets. **Responsibilities** + Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment availability and achieve production targets. + Utilize controls, PLCs, ladder logic, and Allen Bradley PLCs for troubleshooting + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs, including the use of electrical test meters. + Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and ensure equipment uptime in the assigned area. + Analyze mean time to repair (MTTR) and perform troubleshooting of PLCs, programming, and root cause analysis. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for preventive maintenance, electrical maintenance, and repair tasks. + Understand and maintain knowledge of department delivery and quality targets, production processes, and cost control. + Work collaboratively with other groups in a team environment and support equipment PPA where applicable. + Read and perform job plans, operate equipment, and manage lock out/tag out procedures. + Find parts using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and perform mechanical and electrical maintenance. + Use testing equipment and create project work orders using CMMS. + Coordinate project tasks with other groups, create SAP (Specified Action Plan), and track problems using spreadsheets. + Manually operate/recover assigned equipment and handle robot teach pendants and HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces). + Understand and utilize equipment interlocks and interact with production/operators. + Perform equipment troubleshooting, read and understand electrical schematics, and analyze PLC logic for root cause analysis. **Essential Skills** + Controls, PLC, ladder logic expertise + Equipment installation and troubleshooting + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial, and electrical systems + Maintenance technician experience with Allen Bradley PLCs + Electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills + Use of electrical test meters + Completion of preventive maintenance tasks + Root cause analysis and repair skills + Ability to read blueprints and schematics + CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) knowledge + Ability to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance + Robot teach pendant and HMI utilization skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of equipment as it relates to environmental impact + Ability to manually operate equipment to avoid environmental hazards + Knowledge of TMPG emergency procedures + Ability to control cost in area of responsibility + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics + Ability to create and track project work orders using CMMS + Knowledge of department characteristics and project flow **Why Work Here?** Total Rewards: Competitive base salary, annual bonus, overtime pay, industry-leading benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, Rx), paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time, personal days), 401K plan with company match and additional contribution, relocation assistance (if eligible).
