Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician (All Levels) Location: Multiple Locations Job Description: We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians at all levels to join our team. If you have experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, 3-phase systems, AC/DC motors, and preventative maintenance, we want to hear from you! Our technicians are responsible for understanding control panels, motors, fuses, conductors, relays, and proximity switches. Key responsibilities include: Performing daily preventative equipment maintenance. Troubleshooting mechanical issues and initiating equipment repairs. Performing detailed machine maintenance. Providing day-to-day coverage of production equipment, responding to breakdowns and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. Maintaining accurate and timely records of maintenance performed. Complying with all Federal, State, and local laws. Proficient use of power and hand tools. Completing work orders and recording materials utilized on the job. Assisting with preventative maintenance as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Mechanical mindset. 1-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise reports. Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate them when appropriate. Ability to read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Strong time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Dropbox. Experience and knowledge of plumbing and welding are a plus. Basic electrical knowledge is a bonus.
