Join a team where your skills are valued, and your work makes a tangible impact on restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. *Position Overview* As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of our restaurants. This role involves routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and proactive solutions to keep our facilities in top condition. *Key Responsibilities* * General Maintenance & Repairs * Perform tile work, including replacement and repair of damaged tiles. * Address drywall and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) issues, including patching, repairing, and installing. * Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems. * Replace and repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed. * Conduct lighting maintenance, including bulb and ballast replacement, and troubleshoot electrical issues. * Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, and wiring. * Preventative Maintenance * Perform minor carpentry, painting, and sealing to prevent structural deterioration. * Maintain equipment such as door hardware, hinges, and locks. * Inspect and maintain restaurant seating, booths, and other furnishings. * Safety & Compliance * Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. * Document and report potential safety hazards or violations. * Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime. * Collaboration & Communication * Work closely with restaurant management to prioritize maintenance needs. * Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when necessary. * Provide regular updates on maintenance progress and completion. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. * Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. * Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments *Preferred Skills* * Experience in the restaurant or retail industry. *Why Join Flynn Group?* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth in a thriving organization. * A supportive team culture that values innovation and excellence. * The chance to make a direct impact on the success of our restaurants. *Schedule* * Full-time position with flexible hours, including occasional nights or weekends based on urgent needs. *How to Apply* Ready to join the Flynn Family?
