Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment overhauls to ensure production uptime. The role involves electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulics troubleshooting and repair work, as well as boiler and refrigeration checks. You will contribute to maintaining and updating equipment and perform all other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.Conduct repairs on equipment to maintain production uptime.Perform boiler and refrigeration checks.Overhaul and update equipment as necessary.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Complete all other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience as a Maintenance Technician.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and repair work.Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.Experience with refrigerants and pneumatic systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in a mechanical capacity, including installation, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.MN State Specialist Class Boilers license or higher (desired).Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing, and PLCs.Ammonia refrigeration and preventive maintenance experience (preferred).Ability to stand for 10 hours per day and frequently bend, lift, and twist.Positive attitude and teamwork skills.Ability to function both independently and in a team-oriented environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is characterized by high noise levels, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust. Appropriate PPE and other equipment must be worn as necessary. The schedule involves 5 on, 4 off, 3 on, 2 off rotations, with shifts from 1 PM to 11:30 PM, either Monday-Wednesday with rotating weekends or Wednesday-Friday with rotating weekends. This schedule allows for 40 hours every week, with every other week consisting of 30 hours of straight time and 10 hours of overtime, providing more time off.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51272.00 - $62628.00
