Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves mechanical maintenance on machines, hydraulic and pneumatic repair, and troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, motors, and pumps.

We offer each employee a signing bonus and competitive wages. Premium pay rates available based on experience. Our company provides shift flexibility and direct hire opportunities. You will be part of a team of 6-8 mechanics, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Additional educational offerings and trainings provided for all employees.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot production and packaging equipment in a manufacturing facility.Work on conveyor systems, pumps, motors, valves, and both hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Maintain and repair various packaging and production machines.Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.Essential Skills2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical maintenance.Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic systems, conveyors, pumps, and valves.High School Diploma or equivalent.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $79000.00
