**Job Title: Blow Molding/Injection Equipment Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Blow Molding/Injection Equipment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding and/or injection manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality production output that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Blow Molding and/or Injection manufacturing equipment, making mechanical adjustments to ensure high-quality production.
+ Maintain standard production objectives through proper machine operation and accurately record production data.
+ Make necessary machine adjustments during start-ups and maintain consistent machine operation and product quality according to customer specifications.
+ Perform quality assurance tests using appropriate measuring devices and basic math skills, entering resultant data into the computer system. Stop production as needed due to quality issues.
+ Understand start-up and shut-down procedures to minimize downtime and equipment wear and tear.
+ Ensure proper and safe operational conditions of all production and related equipment.
+ Improve the production equipment, utilities, efficiency, and reliability.
+ Understand heat set blow molding machines and downstream equipment.
+ Participate in Quality training and Good Manufacturing Practice meetings to assist in continuous improvement of plant operations.
+ Recommend, plan, repair, modify, and fabricate necessary elements following a problem or a project.
+ Be flexible and available for overtime when required and covering for vacation.
+ Perform systems room checks as needed.
+ Operate a forklift as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Preventive maintenance
+ Ability to read schematics and blueprints
+ PLC troubleshooting and control
+ Experience with three-phase electrical systems
+ Conveyor systems and motor maintenance
+ Installation and repair of industrial equipment
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to prioritize tasks
+ Thorough understanding of Krones, Sidel, Husky, and Uniloy machinery
+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment/procedures
+ Basic knowledge of electricity and control
+ Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
+ Must be able to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high-output production area
+ Willingness to accept any other duties or changes to the position to fit production needs as requested by the manager
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ At least 3 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a non-climate controlled but very clean facility. Shifts available include 1st shift (6a-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2p-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10p-6:30a).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00

PTO is accrued up to 80hrs

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth,TX.
