**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. The role also includes assisting with general facilities maintenance as needed. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program during their first two months on the job. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. + Assist with general facilities maintenance when required. + Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. + Execute preventive maintenance tasks. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, including programmable logic controllers. + Handle mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. + Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Conduct repairs on motors, conveyors, and automation systems. + Perform welding tasks as needed. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician. + Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Allen-Bradley systems. + Familiarity with 3-phase motors. + Knowledge of conveyor systems and automation. + Skill in welding. + Understanding of industrial maintenance and robotics. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401k plan and tuition reimbursement.
