**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** This job description has been prepared as a guide to ensure better communication, clear expectations, and understanding of the role of Maintenance Engineer. This description will be reviewed annually by the Department Manager and revised if needed to meet the business needs. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and make repairs and/or adjustments on all types of equipment and building infrastructures. + Correct any mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc., problems and report concerns to shift Team Lead if not possible to fix. + Make recommendations on required changes to existing and new tooling, prototypes, and fixtures to ensure better quality parts. + Maintain, inspect, repair, and/or adjust trim fixtures, assemble fixtures, support equipment, etc., when necessary to ensure employee safety and product quality. + Follow documented processes for MRO parts sign out and part removal process. + Follow lockout/tag out procedures as well as safety rules 100% of the time. + Ensure that the supervisor is continually and fully informed of all job-related matters and actively communicate job information to other personnel concerned, thereby eliminating misunderstandings. + Contribute to a work environment free from harassment, where fairness, equity, and non-discriminatory practices are standard. + Adhere to the Quality Policy and Environmental Policy as they relate to ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), and IATF 16949 (AQMS). **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician + Electrical + Industrial maintenance + Electrical troubleshooting + Electrical maintenance + PLCs + Robotics + Industrial + Mechanical + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Repair + Blueprint + Welding + Maintenance repair + 3-phase **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting required. **Why Work Here?** This is a role that blends maintenance with engineering responsibilities.
