Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with others, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Franksville, WI
**Pay Range:** $27-$34 Based on Experience
**Hours:** 3rd Shift, M-F, 10pm-6am. Will train on 1st (10am-6pm) and gradually move towards 3rd shift hours
**What's the Job?**
+ Safely maintain all converting and building equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Comply with all company policies and procedures, practicing safe work habits.
+ Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups, demonstrating proactive maintenance.
+ Utilize maintenance software to plan and schedule work effectively.
+ Maximize equipment utilization by ensuring machinery runs at available capacity and speed.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
+ 6 months’ experience as a Maintenance Technician.
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives.
