Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to work on-site at a healthcare facility in Needham, MA. You will be responsible for performing diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

ResponsibilitiesReceive work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by department director or designee.Maintain the facility's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems.Respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for issues.Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by the director or designee and report deficiencies.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting and diagnostic experience.2 years of field experience in maintenance or skilled trade setting.Ability to use hand and power tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Hospital setting. The available shifts are as follows:

1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Mon-Fri; 2nd Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm, Mon-Fri; 3rd Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am, Mon-Wed.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
