Responsibilities:

Diagnose performance issues of commercial cooking equipmentPerform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairsOperate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentCommunicate repair updates to management staffWork independently in multiple restaurant locations dailyEducate and train restaurant staff on equipment maintenance

Requirements:

Technical or Trade School background preferredExperience in Electrical & HVAC Equipment maintenance. Diagnostic ability and effective communication skillsDriver’s License and reliable personal vehicle requiredAvailability for weekends, evenings, and early morningsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work under pressure
